Booking

Please phone or email us if you would like to book an apartment. If the apartment is still available, we will hold it for 5 days and ask you to send a deposit of 30% within that time – the deposit is non refundable. The balance is payable 30 days before the start of the holiday.

Payment

Payment must be made through direct bank transfer to our bank account. We will give you our bank details. Payment cannot be made through any other means.

Refund Policy

Deposits are non-refundable – we will refund 50% of your deposit if we are able to rebook the apartment. In the event of cancellation after payment in full, we will refund 75% of your payment if we are able to rebook the apartment.

Croatian Tourist Tax

The town of Rovinj charges a tourist tax per person for each night that you stay in Rovinj (max of 1 euro each night, per person). This tourist tax is payable with the balance of the rental and we will then arrange for our agent in Rovinj to arrange your registration at the tourist office for you. In the event of cancellation after payment in full,  we will refund your tourist tax payment.

Damages

A deposit of 150 euros will be payable in cash, on arrival. This will be refunded after you leave the apartment, provided there are no damages.

Minimum Booking Periods

In July and August, the minimum booking period is 1 week. In other periods the minimum booking is 2 nights. At all times, shorter bookings will be taken but the minimum number of nights will be charged.

Arrival & Departure time

Please plan to arrive after 2:00 pm. The property must be vacated by 10:00 am on your departure.

Smoking

Smoking is not permitted in any of the apartments.

Pets

Pets are not allowed in any of the apartments.

Travel Insurance

We recommend you protect yourself with travel insurance.

Limitation of Liability

When you book your holiday, your contract will be with Sororis d.o.o. The company and FelicitasRovinj.com assume no responsibility for any injury, inconvenience, delay, inclement weather, damage or loss to any persons resulting from theft, fire, accidents, cancellations or any other occurrence over which Sororis d.o.o and FelicitasRovinj.com have no control.

  • Personal cheque (details will be supplied at time of booking)
  • PayPal, sourced from a bank account only
